Although my practice consists primarily of private training since the pandemic began, the one group fitness class I swear by as the best foundation for any body is the willPower Method®, a sweaty, moving meditation, linking the body and breath through yoga-infused postures and dynamic movements. As we begin to move around Bloomington again in 2022, I am thrilled to have a home at Bloomington Yoga Co, owned by Eryn Blair and Sam Eibling, to teach this class.
Barefoot at it's Best
The willPower Method® is the original foot fitness method and will strengthen you from the ground up! Training barefoot is becoming more commonplace in fitness, with athletes in all realms of performance realizing the importance of the feet as your foundation. The willPower Method® has been doing this since 2000, and I've been a master trainer for the program for over a decade.
Use your Body to Move your Mind

While going to the gym allows you to push the weight or the equipment, the willPower Method® teaches you to push yourself by awakening your senses through vision, balance, and proprioception (awareness of your body in space). You'll gain greater awareness of where you move well and where you could use some extra attention. You'll feel your mind become more fluid and resilient at the same time.
An organic and rhythmic sequence allows you to predict and flow through repetition and choose the working intensity best-suited for your ability. Layers of enhanced physical and emotional cues create uplifting and challenging progressions. A complete class, combining steady-paced cardio, dynamic flexibility, and a refreshed and resilient state of mind.
As we move forward again in 2022, there's no better way to train than this class!
