April 6-22, 2021 ... outdoor lunch break classes ... 8 people max for a blend of willPower Method® Cardio Yoga® segments of foot/spine warm up, and cardio legs OR flexible strength, followed by cool down for 45 minutes of the best training base you can get in a multilevel class format. Tuesday will have a flexible strength focus, while Thursday will have a cardio legs focus. Saturday TBA!
